"Beware of this agency, when it comes to your private information. They have an employee who will go into your account and do stuff with your information without your permission, like adding people giving them prices and then going back trying to put things back to normal but end up putting the wrong person information. Then when you call and report the agent that is doing it, nothing is done except for the agent is told not to go in your stuff anymore. Like that's it really. I can see how they really take your privacy seriously 😒. Don't get me wrong they do have some good employees but it's horrible when they have that one who can ruin it. Next step filing a complaint with BBB that way it doesn't happen to someone else. W hat is funny is the response received from the owner not realizing i have proof and her agent was supposed to of removed these other people a month ago all she did was remove my name for a minute then went back into my information and put it back in but she didn't realize that she put the wrong person she put my son who has same name as me. APPARENTLY your agent isn't telling the truth and is trying to cover herself"

"What in the hell happened here?? It used to be a GREAT AGENCY--I had to move to another St Farm agency when calls, emails went unanswered and then with my physical visits the doors were locked and nobody was there??!! I had to move to another agency and NEVER got a follow up or anything! Crazy. I have been with St Farm for 55 years and this one takes the cake for the worst service EVER. Its seems they had 100% turnover and were even closed up for a while..

"This is the worse office ever. They raise your price and can't tell you why or want to explain anything to you. The time I asked why my bill went up the lady told me that I should go look for another insurance company. I had to to call them every other month cause they were constantly messing up on my bill they were adding things I didn't ask for, I was being charged for stuff I didn't know about. They were horrible and their customer service SUCKS I wouldn't recommend them to anybody. If you want good service don't go to them you will regret it."
